Foreign Transcript Evaluation
Process Overview
The Foreign Transcripts Department evaluates official out-of-country transcripts for CCSD students in grades 6–12.
Parents/guardians must first register the student at their zoned school (click here to find your school). During registration, the registrar provides the Foreign Transcript Evaluation Request Form, which must be completed by the parent/guardian and student.
The registrar forwards the completed form and official transcripts to the Foreign Transcript Analyst, who evaluates them and returns the results for entry into the student’s academic record.
Processing typically takes 1–10 business days, depending on the volume of requests.
Family Engagement
The Family Engagement Department values the contributions of all parents and families in their child’s education.
We provide all CCSD families with valuable resources and learning opportunities. The mission is to empower and educate our families to support their child’s overall well-being and academic achievement.
