Right Lawyers
If your spouse does not want the divorce or will not agree to the terms of the divorce, then you have a contested divorce.
Not every divorce needs an attorney. If you don’t have assets to divide, or there are no children you can probably file a divorce without hiring any divorce attorneys. Especially if you and your spouse see eye to eye on all the issues.
