CHAP is a program to assist residents of Clark County facing financial hardship and lack sufficient income or resources to pay their rental housing costs and utilities.

HopeLink

Our Rapid Rehousing programs include HomeLink, Operation HOME!, and Clark County Housing Intervention Programs (CCHIP). We assist individuals, seniors, and households with dependent children experiencing homelessness.

Our program requires a Homeless Assessment and people will have to wait for a Hotel Voucher match.
